Welcome to Congregation Tifereth Israel
Tifereth Israel is an Orthodox shul within the Passaic/Clifton community which cherishes and supports a full range of religious, spiritual, social and educational needs for a diverse membership of all backgrounds and ages.
We have a beautiful davening in our newly renovated main shul, numerous shiurim for both men and women and youth groups for the children. We have a fully stocked Beis Medresh with multiple daily minyanim and nightly learning.
Our Morah D'asrah is Rabbi Aaron Cohen, musmach of Yeshiva University and lecturer at Stern College for Women who has led the shul for the past 25 years with his Torah knowledge and warmth.
We have a strong community of young families, established families and retirees. One thing that we pride ourselves on is the desire to provide for the needs of all members - men, women and children.
